I'm sorry again for taking me so long to post, but I've been going out a lot with my friends, hence the short nails! Every time I get drunk I break my nails, so as you can see my nails are quite short!!
Phallic is this PERFECT deep dark blue, with a perfect formula.
I used two coats, but I believe one careful coat would have been enough.
